The low floor vehicle for a tram train according to the present invention comprises: a vehicle frame coupled to an axle connected to a wheel and having a mounting part extending downward; a bolster mounted on the mounting part; a traction link part coupled to the vehicle frame and the bolster to move the ballast in the vehicle frame; a suspension device installed between the bolster and the vehicle frame; a rotating device installed above the bolster and rotatably supporting a vehicle body; and a driving device coupled to the bolster frame and rotating the wheel.
