According to the present invention, the use of the expression vector enables the mass-production of target proteins from milk derived from recombinant animals. 본 발명은 인간유용단백질을 생산하는데 유용한 유선 특이적 발현 벡터, 이를 이용한 형질전환 동물의 생산 및 목적 단백질의 생산에 관한 것으로서 이를 이용하면 형질전환된 동물의 유즙으로부터 목적 단백질을 대량 생산할 수 있다.
