| Zusammenfassung: | A building structure for accommodation is disclosed. According to the present invention, the building structure has a structure in which a parking room is provided in two floors in a lower portion, and a room is provided in two floors over the parking room. Moreover, an elevator is installed between two parking rooms and two rooms which are arranged to stand erect while forming one pair of the parking rooms and the rooms which are individually adjacent to each other. Within a range permitted in accordance with land category, the building-to-land ratio and the floor area ratio can be improved. Therefore, in the building structure having a parking room and a room one on one, a parking room and a room can be maximally provided.
숙박시설용 건축구조물이 개시된다. 본 발명의 숙박시설용 건축구조물은 하부의 2개 층엔 주차실로 이루어지고 이 주차실 위의 2개 층엔 객실이 구비되며, 서로 인접하여 각각 하나의 쌍을 이루면서 직립상으로 배치된 2개의 주차실 및 객실 사이에 엘리베이터가 설치되는 구조로 마련함으로써 지목에 따라 허용하는 범위 내에서 건폐율 및 용적율을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 이로 인하여 주차실 및 객실이 1:1로 구비되는 건축구조물에 최대의 주차실 및 객실을 구비할 수 있다. |
