Zusammenfassung:	The present invention discloses air lubrication apparatus and a ship including the same. The air lubrication apparatus and a ship including the same relates to an air lubrication apparatus configured to form an air layer on a surface of a hull and reduce frictional resistance, including: a chamber having an air outlet formed therein; an air supply unit for supplying air to the chamber; and an opening/closing device for opening/closing the air outlet, wherein the opening/closing device includes: a door member for opening/closing the air outlet; and a driving unit for providing driving force for opening/closing the door member. 공기윤활장치 및 이를 포함하는 선박이 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 공기윤활장치는, 선체의 표면에 공기층을 형성하여 마찰저항을 저감시키는 공기윤활장치로서, 공기배출구가 형성된 챔버; 상기 챔버에 공기를 공급하는 공기공급부; 및 상기 공기배출구를 개폐하는 개폐장치를 포함하고, 상기 개폐장치는, 상기 공기배출구를 개폐시키는 도어부재; 및 상기 도어부재의 개폐동작을 위한 구동력을 제공하는 구동부를 포함한다.
