Shock Absorption Disk and Check Valve Having the Same

The present invention relates to a check valve disk with an anti-shock function, forming an absorption structure to prevent a shock on a front surface of a disk, so as to allow the disk to be gradually opened while the absorption structure absorbs a fluid when a sudden flow rate rise occurs in a passage, and thereby damping the shock and preventing the disk from being damaged, and a check valve including the same. According to the present invention, the check valve disk comprises: a disk-shaped disk body installed to be rotated on a rotary shaft installed inside a pipe through which the fluid flows, so as to open/close the pipe; and the absorption structure installed on the front surface of the disk body to be expanded while the fluid is passed and supplied when the flow rate of the fluid inside the pipe is equal to or higher than a predetermined rate. 본 발명은 디스크의 전방면에 충격을 방지하기 위한 흡수구조체를 구성하여 유로 내에서 갑작스러운 유속 증가가 발생시 상기 흡수구조체에서 유체를 흡수하면서 디스크가 서서히 개방될 수 있도록 하여 충격을 완화시키고, 디스크의 손상을 방지할 수 있도록 한 체크밸브 디스크 및 이를 구비한 체크밸브에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 체크밸브 디스크는, 유체가 유동하는 관로의 내측에 설치된 회전축을 중심으로 선회하도록 설치되어 관로를 개폐하는 원반형의 디스크바디와; 상기 디스크바디의 전방면에 설치되어, 상기 관로 내의 유체의 유속이 일정 크기 이상이 되면 유체가 투과하여 유입되면서 팽창하게 되는 흡수구조체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
