SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING SERVICE FOR VACANCY INFORMATION AND RESERVATION

According to the present invention, the system to provide a service for vacancy information and reservation comprises: a plurality of POS terminals which are installed in each store and which record order by table and perform settlement in accordance with an input by the owner; a POS server which in real time collects and controls order information by table and settlement information from the POS terminal of each store; a service server which refers to the information, which is collected from the POS server or a member store terminal, and which provides a service for vacancy information and reservation; a user terminal which accesses the service server, which searches member store information, which displays detailed information of the store, which is desired by a user, and which processes a service such as a seat reservation, seat mark, and menu order in accordance with the selection by the user; and a member store terminal which enters the status of each table in the store, which processes an event such as issuing a coupon for an open market and a coupon for service application push, and which transfers the information to the service server. The present invention provides a system, which realizes a service to guide vacancy on a service store, to reserve a table, and to provide an event and PR in accordance with vacancy status, and which settles the issues of inconvenience and time loss when customers have to in person visit or call and to check vacancy in a store. In addition, the present invention can allow stores to in real time share vacancy information, to provide customers with event information, etc. in accordance with vacancy status, and to increase PR effects and sales. 본 발명에 따른 빈자리 안내 및 예약 서비스 시스템은, 각 영업점에 설치되어, 점주의 입력에 따라 테이블별 주문을 기록하고 결제를 수행하는 다수의 POS 단말, 각 영업점의 POS 단말로부터 테이블별의 주문정보와 결제정보를 실시간으로 수집하여 관리하는 POS서버와, 상기 POS서버 또는 가맹점 단말로부터 수집된 정보를 참조하여 빈자리 안내 및 예약 서비스를 제공하는 서비스 서버와, 상기 서비스 서버에 접속 후 가맹점 정보를 검색하여 사용자가 원하는 영업점의 상세 정보를 표시하고 사용자의 선택에 따라 좌석예약, 좌석 찜, 메뉴 주문과 같은 서비스를 처리하는 이용자 단말과, 상기 영업점 내 각 테이블의 상태입력 혹은, 오픈마켓용 쿠폰발행 및 서비스 앱 푸쉬용 쿠폰발행과 같은 이벤트를 처리하여, 상기 서비스 서버에 전달하는 가맹점 단말을 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명은, 자리가 지정되는 서비스 업종에 대한 빈자리 안내 및 테이블 예약, 빈자리 상태에 따른 이벤트 및 홍보 제공 서비스를 구현한 시스템으로서, 고객들이 가고자 하는 영업점의 빈자리 정보에 대해서 직접 방문하거나 전화를 통해 자리가 있음을 확인해야 하는 불편함과 시간적 손실의 문제를 해결하였다. 또한, 각 영업점의 빈자리 정보를 실시간 공유하여 고객들에게 편의를 제공하고 동시에 빈자리 상태에 따른 이벤트 정보 등을 고객에게 제공하며 업소의 홍보 효과를 높임으로써 매출을 증가시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
