An Extra-large excavator hydraulic pump drive gear box lubrication and noise attenuation devices

The present invention relates to a gear box to drive a hydraulic pump for equipment such as an extra-large excavator, and more specifically, to an apparatus for lubrication and noise attenuation of a gear box to drive a hydraulic pump for an extra-large excavator, wherein the gear box is made by connecting one or more output shafts to one input shaft. The apparatus comprises: a lubrication plate which is placed in a gearbox, which is made by connecting one or more output shafts to one input shaft, which sprays a lubricant onto the top side of a gear inside the gearbox by the rotational force of the gear, which rotates at a high speed, which lets the lubricant fall onto the top side of the gear, which thereby lubricates the gear, and which reduces noise; and a rib which is installed on the external side of the lubrication plate, which reduces vibration, and which is a sound absorption means which is made of resin material (resin-based material) or a porous plate. The present invention can increase the lubrication performance between gears, improve efficiency of power transfer, and remarkably reduce noise at the same time. 본 발명은 초대형 굴삭기 등의 장비에 구비되는 유압펌프 구동용 기어박스에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 하나의 입력축에 하나 또는 다수의 출력축을 연결하여 구성되는 기어박스에 있어 그 내측으로 구비되는 기어의 상부측으로 윤활유가 고속으로 회전되는 기어의 회전력에 의해 뿌려지면서 묻어 올라가 이들이 기어의 상부측으로 쏟아지도록 하여 기어가 윤활되면서 소음을 감소시키도록 하는 윤활플레이트 및 윤활플레이트의 외측으로 진동을 저감시킬 수 있도록 수지재(수지계통 재료) 또는 다공판 등과 같은 흡음수단인 리브를 설치 구성하여, 기어들 간의 윤활성능을 높여 동력전달 효율을 좋게 하는 동시에 소음을 획기적으로 감쇄시킬 수 있도록 하는 초대형 굴삭기의 유압펌프 구동용 기어박스의 윤활 및 소음감쇄장치에 관한 것이다.
