Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to an enclosed transfer and quantitative supply system for waste sludge using a vacuum force. According to the present invention, the enclosed transfer and quantitative supply system for waste sludge using the vacuum force comprises: a waste sludge hopper (100) accommodating waste sludge dehydrated; a waste sludge storage tank (200) storing the waste sludge by sucking the waste sludge in vacuum from the waste sludge hoper (100) and discharging and supplying the stored waste sludge through the lower side; and a vacuum unit (300) depressing and processing the inside of the waste sludge storage tank (200) in a vacuum condition. Therefore, the enclosed transfer and quantitative supply system for waste sludge can maintain a vacuum state to transfer the waste sludge having high viscosity by being dehydrated to a facility for treating the waste sludge. The enclosed transfer and quantitative supply system for waste sludge can easily transfer and supply the waste sludge to a following process facility and can quantitatively transfer and supply the waste sludge. The enclosed transfer and quantitative supply system for waste sludge using the vacuum force can minimize an installation area of a waste sludge transfer device which is the facility and, therefore, can expect remarkable reduction effect such as installation costs.
본 발명은, 탈수 처리된 폐슬러지가 수용되는 폐슬러지호퍼(100), 상기 폐슬러지호퍼(100)로부터 폐슬러지를 진공 흡입하여 저장되도록 하고, 저장된 폐슬러지를 하방을 통하여 배출, 공급토록 하는 폐슬러지 저장탱크(200), 상기 폐슬러지 저장탱크(200) 내부를 진공 조건으로 감압 처리하는 진공유닛(300)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하여, 탈수처리되어 점성이 높은 폐슬러지를 처리하기 위한 설비로의 이송을 위해 진공 상태를 유지하며 후속 공정 설비측으로 폐슬러지를 용이하게 이송 공급하되, 정량 이송 공급 가능할 수 있으며 해당 설비인 폐슬러지 이송장치의 설치 면적을 최소화하여 이에 따른 설치 비용 등의 현저한 절감 효과를 기대할 수 있는, 진공력을 이용한 폐슬러지 밀폐 이송 정량 공급 시스템에 관한 것이다. |
