More specifically, provided is a cosmetic composition with whitening functions containing perilla sprout-derived rosmarinic acid as an active ingredient. According to the present invention, it is possible to isolate high concentration rosmarinic acid from a perilla sprout extract, through a perilla sprout cultivation method which includes a step of cultivating perilla sprouts in the darkness. 본 발명은 들깨싹 유래의 로즈마린산을 유효성분으로 함유하는 미백 기능성 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로 들깨싹을 암(dark)조건에서 재배시키는 들깨싹 재배방법을 통해 이 들깨싹 추출물로부터 고농도의 로즈마린산을 분리할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 이 로즈마린산을 유효성분으로 함유하는 미백 기능성 화장료 조성물을 제공하는 뛰어난 효과가 있다.
