Auto hold mini-Carrier for easy transport such as glass and Panel

The present invention relates to an auto hold mini carrier which can automatically fix a board. The auto hold mini carrier comprises: a fixed support plate (1) for fixing the board; a moving support plate (2) fixing the board by automatically moving the weight; a triangular support (4) improving stability of the fixed support plate (1); a moving type floor (5) attached to the moving support plate (2) and moving by loading the board; a spring (7) enabling the moving support plate (2) to be returned to an initial position after the moving support plate (2) moves for fixing and the board is removed; and a moving support bar (6) which horizontally lies between a support plate and a fixing plate (8) vertically installed next to a wheel and an end of a lower end (3) of a main body and tightly fixes the support plate. The auto hold mini carrier has an automatic fixing type structure which is not a manual type in which the board is fixed between the fixing support plate (1) and the moving support plate (2). Therefore, the auto hold mini carrier can move the board to a desired position by easily fixing the board to be transferred. The auto hold mini carrier has distinct characteristics capable of improving a work but has a simple structure. So, the auto hold mini carrier can be easily manufactured and be conveniently stored and moved by being manufactured to be small and light. The auto hold mini carrier can reduce additional time and human resources, required for the fixing and transferring of the board by having a new structure, thereby largely increasing the work efficiency. 상기 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 발명은 판재를 자동으로 고정 할 수 있는 오토 홀드 미니 캐리어에 관한 것으로, 판재를 고정하기 위한 고정 지지판(1); 무게에 의해 자동으로 이동하여 판재를 고정하는 이동 지지판(2); 고정 지지판(1)의 안정성을 높이는 삼각형 지지대(4); 이동 지지판(2) 아래에 부착되어있어 판재를 싣고 이동하는 이동식 바닥(5); 이동 지지판(2)이 고정을 위해서 이동했다가 판재를 제거한 뒤에는 다시 제자리로 돌아오게 하기 위한 스프링(7); 본체 하단부(3) 끝, 바퀴 옆에 수직으로 설치되어있는 고정판(8)과 지지판 사이에 수평 방향으로 누워 지지판을 단단히 고정시키는 역할을 하는 이동 지지막대(6);로 구성되어 있어 고정 지지판(1)과 이동 지지판(2) 사이에 판재가 고정되는 수동이 아닌 자동 고정식의 구조를 가짐으로써, 운반하고자 하는 판재를 쉽게 고정하여 바로 원하는 위치로 이동이 가능하고, 작업의 효율성을 높일 수 있는 특수성을 지닌 것에 반해 그 구조가 단순하여 제작도 쉬울 뿐 아니라 작고 가볍게 제작이 가능하기 때문에 수납과 이동 또한 편리하며, 새로운 구조의 오토 홀드 캐리어로써 판재의 고정과 운반에 드는 부가적인 시간과 인력을 단축할 수 있으므로 작업효율성을 크게 증가시킬 가능성이 기대된다.
