본 발명은, 마쇄(磨碎)장치(1)에 조립 가능하고, 원료를 갈아 으깨는 데에 이용되는 지석(회전 지석(100), 고정 지석(200))에 있어서, 서로 분리 가능한 본체부(110, 210)와 외주 링부(120, 220)를 구비한다. 본체부(110, 210)는 원료를 최초로 갈아 으깨는 예비 분쇄 홈(제 1 예비 분쇄 홈(112a, 212a), 제 2 예비 분쇄 홈(112b, 212b))이 형성된 예비 분쇄부(112, 212)를 포함하며, 외주 링부(120, 220)는, 예비 분쇄부(112, 212)에 의해 갈아 으깨진 원료를 더 갈아 으깨는 미세 분쇄 홈(124a, 224a)이 형성된 미세 분쇄부(벽부(124, 224))를 포함한다. 본체부(110, 210)와 외주 링부(120, 220)가 조합되었을 때, 예비 분쇄부(112, 212)의 외주에 미세 분쇄부(벽부(124, 224))가 위치한다.
