Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a composition for preventing skin aging and reducing wrinkles, and more specifically, to a composition for preventing skin aging and reducing wrinkles comprising a Perilla frutescens extract as an active ingredient. The Perilla frutescens extract according to the present invention inhibits collagen decomposition enzyme activity induced by UV exposure, to have excellent effects of improving skin elasticity and reducing wrinkles, thereby being usefully used as the active ingredient of the composition for preventing skin aging, inhibiting a skin wrinkle increase, and increasing elasticity. 본 발명은 피부노화 방지 및 피부주름 개선용 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 들깻잎 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 피부노화 방지 또는 주름 개선용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 들깻잎 추출물은 UV 노출에 의해 유도된 피부의 섬유아세포의 콜라겐분해효소 활성을 억제함으로써, 피부의 탄력을 향상시키고 주름을 개선하는 효과가 매우 우수하므로, 피부노화 방지, 피부 주름 증가 억제, 탄력성 증가를 위한 조성물의 유효성분으로서 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
