WAX FILLING MACHINE

The present invention relates to a wax injector which is able to, when injecting wax, induce the air in an element case to be discharged to the outside and to prevent wax and air from being mixed in a cylinder. According to the present invention, the wax injector of the present invention comprises: a nozzle assembly which discharges wax which is supplied from the outside; a fixed plate on which the nozzle assembly is installed; an operating plate on which an element case, which is to be filled, is mounted; a driving unit which elevates the operating plate towards the fixed plate; and a stripper which separates the element case, which is completely filled with wax, from the operating plate. The nozzle assembly comprises: a nozzle body which has a wax storage space inside; a discharge pipe which is extended from one end of the nozzle body and which is inserted into the element case when wax is being injected; a discharge hole which is formed on the end unit of the discharge pipe and which is connected to the wax storage space; and an overflow path which is formed in the discharge pipe and whose entrance is formed on the end unit of the discharge pipe. 본 발명은 왁스를 충전하는 과정에서 엘리먼트 케이스의 내부 공기가 외부로 배출되도록 유도함으로써 실린더 내에 왁스와 공기가 혼입되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 왁스 충전 장치에 관한 것이다. 그 구성을 살펴보면, 외부에서 공급된 왁스를 토출하는 노즐 조립체와, 상기 노즐 조립체가 설치된 고정 플레이트와, 충전 대상물인 엘리먼트 케이스가 장착되는 가동 플레이트와, 상기 가동 플레이트를 상기 고정 플레이트 측으로 상승시키는 구동부와, 왁스 주입이 완료된 엘리먼트 케이스를 상기 가동 플레이트로부터 분리시키는 스트리퍼를 포함한다. 상술한 구성 중 상기 노즐 조립체는, 왁스 저장 공간이 내부에 형성된 노즐 몸체와, 상기 노즐 몸체의 일단에서 연장되고 왁스 충전 시 엘리먼트 케이스에 삽입되는 토출관과, 상기 토출관의 단부에 형성되며 상기 왁스 저장 공간과 연결된 토출공과, 상기 토출관의 내부에 형성되고 입구가 상기 토출관의 단부에 형성된 오버플로(overflow) 유로를 포함한다.
