The present invention provides a ventilation fan for a projection window, which does not disturb opening and closing a projection window even if a ventilator is installed. The ventilation fan for a projection window includes the projection window located on a window frame (2) including a hanging frame (1) along the inner circumference and on the rear of the hanging frame (1), which is installed along the inner circumference of the window frame (2), and opened by being pushed to the rear side of the hanging frame (1) as a user pushes the projection window (4) by holding an opening and closing handle (3), wherein the projection window (4) has the opening and closing handle (3).
