Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a connector for the connection of a heating waterway of a boiler, capable of securing stable heating performance and preventing malfunction by improving assembly as well as reducing material costs by minimizing its volume and securing predetermined internal pressure in regard to a heating circulation connection structure. To achieve the purpose, the present invention comprises: a circulation pump connection part (11) connected with a circulation pump (1) and formed in a side of a body (10) installed at the front end of the circulation pump (1) which circulates heating water; an expansion tank connection part (12) connected at the other end to be connected with an expansion tank (20); a first insertion hole (13) formed in the upper part of the body (10) to be combined with a pipe (30) connected with a hot water heat exchanger; and a second insertion hole (14) formed in the lower part to be combined with a heating return water pipe (40).
본 발명은 보일러의 난방 수로부 연결용 커넥터에 관한 것으로, 난방 순환 연결구조에 있어서 일정의 내압을 확보하고 부피의 최소화를 통해 재료비 감소는 물론이고 조립성을 개선하여 오작동 방지 및 원활한 난방성능을 확보할 수 있도록 한 것이다. 이를 위해, 본 발명은 난방수를 환수하는 순환펌프(1)의 전단에 설치되는 본체(10)의 일측에 순환펌프(1)와 연결되는 순환펌프 연결부(11)가 형성되고, 타단에는 팽창탱크(20)가 연결되는 팽창탱크 연결부(12)가 형성되며, 본체(10)의 상부에는 온수 열교환기와 연결된 파이프(30)가 결합되는 제1 삽입공(13)이 형성되고, 하부에는 난방환수 파이프(40)가 결합되는 제2 삽입공(14)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다. |
