Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides an electrode assembly comprising: a first unit assembly having a structure in which a plurality of first electrode plates are stacked with a separator interposed therebetween; and two or more second unit assemblies having a structure in which a plurality of second electrode plates having a size smaller than that of the first electrode plates are stacked with a separator interposed therebetween, wherein the second unit assemblies are stacked on the first unit assembly while being spaced apart from each other, and two or more steps are formed on an outer surface due to difference in size between the first electrode plates and the second electrode plates. 본 발명은 복수의 제 1 전극 판들이 분리막을 사이에 두고 적층된 구조의 제 1 단위조립체와, 상기 제 1 전극 판들 보다 작은 크기를 가진 복수의 제 2 전극 판들이 분리막을 사이에 두고 적층된 구조의 둘 이상의 제 2 단위조립체들을 포함하고 있으며; 상기 제 2 단위조립체들이 상호 이격된 상태로 제 1 단위조립체 상에 적층되어 있고; 상기 제 1 전극 판들과 제 2 전극 판들의 크기 차이로 인해 외면에 둘 이상의 단차가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체 및 이를 포함하는 전지셀을 제공한다.
