According to one aspect of the present invention, the ship with a sinking prevention structure comprises: a double hull; and a floating body installed in an inner hollow space formed in a hull or the bottom of a hull having a double bottom structure. The floating material comprises: a plurality of buoyancy modules injecting air therein to store the air; and a fastening member connecting each buoyancy module and fixating the buoyancy module to a hull.
