| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a superconductive magnet device, comprising: a cryogenic cooler; and a cooler chamber storing the cooler. A protrusion is provided to one surface among an outer surface of the cryogenic cooler and an inner surface of the cooler chamber, and a locking groove where the protrusion is inserted and supported is provided to another surface. Therefore, the cryogenic cooler is stably maintained to be installed in the cooler chamber through the locking groove.
본 발명은 극저온 냉각기와, 냉각기를 수용하는 냉각기 챔버를 포함한 초전도 자석장치에 관한 것으로, 극저온 냉각기의 외면과 냉각기 챔버의 내면 중 어느 하나에는 돌기가 마련되고 다른 하나에는 돌기가 삽입 지지되는 걸림홈이 마련되어 있으므로, 극저온 냉각기가 걸림홈을 통해 냉각기 챔버에 설치되어 있는 상태를 안정적으로 유지할 수 있다. |
