Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are a touch input apparatus which can input a gesture, a control method thereof, and a vehicle having the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the touch input apparatus comprises: a touch block installed in an installation surface, and having a touch unit capable of inputting a touch; and a driving unit for ascending and descending the touch block. The driving unit operates to descend the touch block in a first state, so as to arrange the touch unit to be inserted from the installation surface.
