CONTINUOUS HEAT TREATMENT FACILITY

In order to subject heat treatment of workpieces (W) stored in a conveying tray (10) one by one in a thermal processing section (23), in a pressure reduction processing section (21) where a plurality of conveying trays containing workpieces are stacked, and carries a plurality of stacked conveyance trays decompressed in a depressurization processing section into a conveyance tray separation section (22). In this conveyance tray separation section, a part of the conveyance trays stacked in a plurality of stages are conveyed and the trays are separated and conveyed to the thermal processing part one after another. 반송 트레이(10)에 수용된 피처리물(W)을 열처리부(23)에 있어서 차례로 열처리시킬 때, 피처리물을 수용시킨 반송 트레이를 복수단 적층시킨 상태로 감압 처리부(21)에 있어서 감압 처리하는 동시에, 감압 처리부에 있어서 감압 처리된 복수단의 반송 트레이를 반송 트레이 분리부(22)에 반입시키고, 이 반송 트레이 분리부에 있어서, 복수단 적층시킨 상태에 있는 반송 트레이로부터, 일부의 반송 트레이를 분리시켜 차례로 열처리부로 반송시킨다.
