Zusammenfassung:According to the present invention, a compensation margin control apparatus, an organic light emitting display apparatus, and a driving method thereof can improve an image quality by having a margin of a negative compensation area of a driving transistor of a non-driving subpixel without influencing on gray expression and positive compensation. The organic light emitting display apparatus comprises: a display panel having a plurality of data lines and a plurality of gate lines arranged therein, and having a plurality of subpixels arranged therein as a matrix type; a data driver driving the plurality of data lines; a gate driver driving the plurality of gate lines; and a timing controller for controlling the data driver and the gate driver. 본 발명에 따른 보상마진 제어장치, 유기발광 표시장치를 및 그의 구동방법은, 계조 표현 및 포지티브 보상에 영향을 끼치지 않고, 비구동 서브픽셀의 구동 트랜지스터의 네가티브 보상영역의 마진을 확보하여, 화상 품질을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
