In the perfume diffusion necklace including a necklace string and a pendant which is installed in the necklace string and diffuses the perfume, the perfume diffusion necklace using a brain wave according to an aspect of the present invention includes a brain wave measuring unit which measures the brain wave, a state determining unit which determines the state of a user by analyzing the measured brain wave, and a perfume diffusion unit which diffuses different perfumes according to the state of the user. 본 발명은 뇌파를 측정하여 다양한 향기를 발산할 수 있는 향기 발산 목걸이를 제공한다. 본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 뇌파를 이용한 향기 발산 목걸이는 목걸이 줄과 목걸이 줄에 설치되며 향기를 발산하는 펜던트를 포함하는 향기 발산 목걸이에 있어서, 뇌파를 측정하는 뇌파 측정부, 측정된 뇌파를 분석하여 사용자의 상태를 판단하는 상태 판단부, 및 사용자의 상태에 따라 서로 다른 향기를 발산하는 향기 발산부을 포함한다.
