Quadrupole mass filter and quadrupole mass spectrometer comprising the same

The present invention relates to a quadrupole mass filter for a spectrometer including four electrodes and an insulator holder for fixing the four electrodes. According to the present invention, the quadrupole mass filter is composed of a plane where is in contact with each electrode among the inner surfaces of the insulator holder. Each of the four electrodes is composed of a plane where is in contact with the insulator holder, thereby having excellent parallelism, linearity, and assembly precision of the quadrupole pole. 본 발명은 4개의 전극과 상기 4개의 전극을 고정하기 위한 절연체 홀더를 포함하는 사중극자 질량분석기용 사중극자 질량필터에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 사중극자 질량필터는 절연체 홀더의 내부면 중 각각의 전극과 접촉하는 부분은 평면으로 이루어지며, 상기 4개의 전극 각각은 상기 절연체 홀더와 접촉하는 부분이 평면으로 이루어짐으로써, 사중극자의 평행도, 직진도 및 조립정밀도가 우수한 사중극자 질량 분석기를 제공할 수 있다.
