The present invention relates to a rotational crutches, comprising: a shoulder support unit formed in the horizontal direction; a first leg unit formed downwardly from a lower end of the shoulder support portion; a handle unit having a first handle where one side is extended in the horizontal direction from a lower end of the first leg unit and the other side is rotatably formed, and a second handle unit where the first handle unit is rotatably inserted and connected; and a second leg unit extended downwardly from the handle unit. 본 발명은 가로방향으로 형성되는 어깨지지부와, 상기 어깨지지부의 하단으로부터 하향하게 형성되는 제1다리부와, 일측이 상기 제1다리부의 하단으로부터 가로방향으로 연장형성되고 타측이 회동가능하게 형성되는 제1손잡이부와 상기 제1손잡이부가 회동가능하게 삽입결합되는 제2손잡이부가 구비된 손잡이부와, 상기 손잡이부로부터 하향하게 연장형성되는 제2다리부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전형 목발에 의해 달성된다.
