When using the method of the present invention, infection by pathogens can be diagnosed using a relatively quick and simple manner. 본 발명은 혈중 세포의 계수방법에 관한 것이며, 보다 상세하게는 혈액 시료로부터 촬영된 이미지를 프로세싱하여 특정 병원체에 감염된 적혈구를 계수하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 비교적 신속하고 간단한 방법으로 병원체 감염 여부를 진단할 수 있다.
