IGBT IGBT DRIVING CIRCUIT

The present invention relates to a reference voltage variable type IGBT driving circuit designed to have a variable type reference voltage set for protection of an IGBT device. The reference voltage variable type IGBT driving circuit comprises: a driving circuit for amplifying an input signal to control the switching operation of the IGBT device; a protecting circuit for selectively blocking the input signal to compare the collector voltage of the IGBT device with a reference voltage; and a reference voltage variable circuit for variably setting the reference voltage according to the capacitance of the IGBT device or the size of the load. 본 발명은 IGBT 소자의 보호를 위해 설정되는 기준전압을 가변형으로 설계한 기준전압 가변형 IGBT 구동회로에 관한 것으로, IGBT 소자의 스위칭 동작을 제어하는 입력신호를 증폭하는 구동회로와, 상기 IGBT 소자의 컬렉터 전압을 기준전압과 비교하여 상기 입력신호를 선택적으로 차단하는 보호회로와, IGBT 소자의 용량이나 부하의 크기에 따라 상기 기준전압을 가변 설정하기 위한 기준전압 가변회로;를 포함함을 특징으로 한다.
