| Zusammenfassung: | A substrate processing system comprises: a substrate loading unit loading a plurality of substrates; a substrate transfer unit simultaneously transferring N substrates (N is a natural number equal to or larger than 2) from the substrate loading unit; and a substrate processing unit including a plurality of process chambers simultaneously receiving and processing the N substrates from the substrate transfer unit, wherein each of the process chambers includes a stage on which the N substrates are mounted and an insulating layer disposed between the N substrates.
