Injection molding apparatus for thin products

The present invention relates to an injection molding apparatus for thin products, which is installed in an injection molding machine to mold an injected article having a small thickness. The injection molding apparatus for thin products is installed at a fixing clamping plate of the injection molding machine, and comprises: an upper plate which includes a hot runner system inside; an upper mold which is installed on the upper plate; a lower mold plate which is movably installed facing the upper mold and includes a lower mold that forms a cavity for the injected article by joining to the upper mold; a stripper plate which is movably installed at an upper side of the lower plate and, when the upper mold is separated from the lower mold, pushes the injected article upwards; a first insert core plate which is movably installed at a lower side of the lower mold plate, and includes a first insert core that passes through the lower mold plate and joins to the lower mold to thereby form a part of the cavity; and a plurality of link members which connect the upper plate to the lower mold plate. 본 발명은 사출기에 설치되어 두께가 얇은 사출물을 성형하는 박육 제품용 사출금형장치에 관한 것이다. 박육 제품용 사출금형장치는 상기 사출기의 고정 클램핑 플레이트에 설치되며, 내부에 핫러너 시스템이 마련되는 상원판; 상기 상원판에 설치되는 상형; 상기 상형과 마주하며 이동 가능하도록 설치되며, 상기 상형과 결합하여 상기 사출물에 대응하는 캐비티를 형성하는 하형을 포함하는 하형 플레이트; 상기 하형 플레이트의 상측에 이동 가능하도록 설치되며, 상기 상형이 상기 하형에서 분리되면, 상기 사출물을 밀어올리는 스트리퍼 플레이트; 상기 하형 플레이트의 하측에 이동 가능하도록 설치되며, 상기 하형 플레이트를 관통하여 상기 하형에 결합되어 상기 캐비티의 일부를 형성하는 제1인서트 코어를 포함하는 제1인서트 코어 플레이트; 및 상기 상원판과 상기 하형 플레이트를 연결하는 복수의 링크부재;를 포함한다.
