Zusammenfassung:	A counting apparatus for reading ballot papers according to the present invention comprises: a readout module which includes a readout part for reading and counting the ballot information of a ballot paper, and a discharge part for discharging the ballot paper read by the readout part; and a reception module which includes a cover part disposed below the readout part and connected to the discharge part, and a loading part disposed below the cover part and loads the ballot paper, and is mutually attached to and detached from the readout module. So, the utilization of the counting apparatus can be improved. 본 발명에 따른 상기한 과정을 해결하기 위한 기표된 투표용지를 판독하는 개표장치는, 상기 투표용지의 기표정보를 판독하여 집계하는 판독부 및 상기 판독부에 의해 판독된 상기 투표용지를 배출하는 배출부를 포함하는 판독모듈 및 상기 판독모듈 하부에 배치되어 상기 배출부와 연통되는 개구부가 형성된 커버부 및 상기 커버부 하부에 배치되어 상기 투표용지가 적재되는 적재부를 포함하며 상기 판독모듈과 상호 탈부착 되도록 형성된 수용모듈을 포함한다.
