Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a batch-type concentrate extractor with a high extraction efficiency, which comprises: an extraction tank whose top has a cover, which can be opened and closed and whose inside has an extraction space for extracting a subject to be extracted; a cage which is mounted in the extraction tank and which accommodates the subject to be extracted; a hot water jacket which is installed on the outer circumference of the extraction tank and in which hot water flows to heat purified water in the extraction tank; a circulation pipe whose one end is connected to a circulation water discharge hole on the floor surface of the extraction tank, whose other end is connected to the floor surface and a side wall of the extraction tank by being divided into a plurality of branches, and which has a circulation pump for circulating extracted liquid; a bottom circulation nozzle which is placed on the other end of the circulation pipe, which is connected to the floor surface of the extraction tank, and which lets the extracted liquid be sprayed to the bottom of the extraction tank; a top circulation nozzle which is placed on the other end of the circulation pipe, which is connected to the side wall of the extraction tank, and which lets the extracted liquid be sprayed to the top of the extraction tank; and a control unit which controls the circulation pump, the bottom circulation nozzle, and the top circulation nozzle by using a prepared automatic program. The present invention can circulate extracted liquid to the top and bottom of the extraction tank, minimize internal stagnation section, and maximize extraction efficiency.
본 발명은 추출 효율이 높은 배치형 농축액 추출기에 관한 것으로서, 상부에는 개폐가능한 뚜껑이 구비되고 내부에는 추출대상물의 추출을 위한 추출공간이 형성되는 추출탱크와, 상기 추출탱크 내에 안착되고 추출대상물이 수용되는 케이지와, 상기 추출탱크의 외주둘레에 설치되어 추출탱크 내의 정제수를 데워주기 위한 온수가 관류하는 온수재킷과, 일단은 상기 추출탱크의 바닥면에 형성된 순환수 배출구에 연결되고 타단은 상기 추출탱크의 바닥면과 측벽에 다수 갈래로 분기연결되며 추출액의 순환을 위한 순환펌프가 구비되는 순환배관과, 상기 추출탱크의 바닥면에 연결된 상기 순환배관의 타단에 구비되어 추출액이 추출탱크의 하부에 분사되도록 하는 하부순환노즐과, 상기 추출탱크의 측벽에 연결된 상기 순환배관의 타단에 구비되어 추출액이 추출탱크의 상부에 분사되도록 하는 상부순환노즐과, 미리 프로그램된 자동프로그램에 의해 상기 순환펌프, 하부순환노즐, 상부순환노즐을 제어하는 제어부를 포함함으로써, 추출탱크의 상부와 하부로 추출액을 순환시킴으로써, 내부 정체 구간을 최소화시켜 추출 효율을 극대화할 수 있다. |
