Zusammenfassung:	In the present invention, disclosed are an information supply apparatus based on a user situation analysis and a method thereof. The information supply apparatus based on a user situation analysis according to the present invention includes: a collecting unit which collects user information and sensor information installed in one or more portable terminals; a situation analyzing unit which recognizes a situation corresponding to the user by considering the sensor information and the user information together; and a recommending unit which generates user-customized information matching the user based on the recognized situation and supplies the generated user-customized information to the user. Accordingly, the present invention can supply more accurate information to the user by grasping and analyzing the situation of the user based on updated user data. 본 발명은 사용자 상황분석기반 정보제공 장치 및 방법을 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 사용자 상황분석기반 정보제공 장치는 사용자 정보 및 하나 이상의 휴대용 단말에 설치된 센서 정보를 수집하는 수집부; 상기 센서 정보 및 상기 사용자 정보를 함께 고려하여 사용자에 상응하는 상황을 인지하는 상황분석부; 및 인지된 상기 상황에 기반하여 상기 사용자에게 정합된 사용자 맞춤형 정보를 생성하여 상기 사용자에게 제공하는 추천부를 포함한다.
