Zusammenfassung:According to the present invention, a system for providing a newborn baby image comprises: an image acquisition unit (110) to photograph a newborn baby to acquire image data; and a main terminal (120) to collect and store image data received from the image acquisition unit (110), transmit the image data to a client terminal (20) connected via a communication network, detect a newborn baby included in the image data as an object to operate in an idle mode if a motion is not detected or a temporary motion is detected to transmit image data of cut frames in unit of seconds, and operate in a run mode if a continuous motion is detected to transmit image data of streaming frames capable of expressing a movement. 본 발명에 따르면, 신생아를 대상으로 촬영하여 영상데이터를 획득하는 영상획득부(110)부; 및 상기 영상획득부(110)로부터 수신된 영상데이터를 취합하여 저장하며 통신망을 통해 접속된 클라이언트단말(20)에게 전송하되, 상기 영상데이터에 포함된 신생아를 객체로 검출하여 모션이 감지되지 않거나 일시적인 모션이 감지되면 아이들 모드(Idle Mode)로 동작하여 초단위로 컷프레임의 영상데이터를 전송하며, 연속적인 모션이 감지되면 런 모드(Run Mode)로 동작하여 움직임을 표현할 수 있는 스트리밍프레임의 영상데이터를 전송하는 메인단말(120);을 포함하는 신생아 영상제공 시스템을 개시한다.
