Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a polyoxymethylene composition comprising: polyoxymethylene, conductive carbon, an anti-friction and anti-abrasion auxiliary agent, and an anti-friction and anti-abrasion agent for laser marking. According to the present invention, the polyoxymethylene composition has high frictional resistance and abrasion resistance in comparison to a conventional composition for laser marking, especially polypropylene, and has excellent thermal resistance and laser marking properties. Also, the polyoxymethylene composition has excellent appearance characteristics while containing a high content of an anti-friction and anti-abrasion agent. Thus, the polyoxymethylene composition can be mixed depending on the kinds of the anti-friction and anti-abrasion agent, and has excellent moldability. Accordingly, the polyoxymethylene composition is expected to be largely applied to various fields requiring frictional resistance, abrasion resistance, thermal resistance, and the like.
본 발명은 폴리옥시메틸렌, 도전성 카본, 내마찰마모보조제 및 내마찰 마모제를 포함하는 레이저 마킹용 폴리옥시메틸렌 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 폴리옥시메틸렌 조성물은 기존의 레이저마킹용 조성물, 특히 폴리프로필렌에 비해 내마찰성, 내마모성이 높으며, 내열성 및 레이저 마킹성이 우수한 효과가 있다. 또한 내마찰 마모제가 고 함량으로 포함됨에도 불구하고, 우수한 외관특성을 가져 포함되는 내마찰 마모제의 종류에 따른 혼합이 가능하며, 성형성이 우수한 효과가 있다. 이에 따라 본 발명에 따른 폴리옥시메틸렌 조성물은 내마찰성, 내마모성, 내열성 등이 요구되는 다양한 분야에 확대 적용이 가능할 것으로 전망된다. |
