Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method associated with blast furnaces for inserting pulverized coal into the blast furnace. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method comprises the following steps: collecting samples from a fanning mill of the blast furnace; sorting out the sample based on the specific gravity of 1.7-1.9, into an upper sample of which the specific gravity falls below the standard value and a lower sample of which the specific gravity exceeds the standard value; and analyzing the upper sample and the lower sample and then figuring out the combustion rate of pulverized coal. According to the present invention, the method enables the omission of ingredient analysis prior to insertion of pulverized coal, exhibits precision in actual operations, and ensures excellent convenience and high economic feasibility.
본 발명의 일 구현예는 고로 내로 미분탄을 취입하는 고로조업 방법에 있어서, 고로의 풍구에서 시료를 채취하는 단계; 상기 시료를 1.7 내지 1.9의 비중을 기준으로, 비중이 기준 미만인 상부시료와 비중이 기준 초과인 하부시료로 분별하는 단계; 및 상기 상부시료 및 하부시료를 분석한 후, 미분탄 연소율을 산출하는 단계;를 포함함으로써, 미분탄 취입전 성분분석의 생략이 가능하며, 실제 조업에 대한 정확도가 우수하고, 편이성이 우수하고, 경제적 효율이 높은 미분탄 연소율 측정 방법에 관한 것이다. |
