The present invention relates to a rotating drum-type sprout cultivation device, comprising a cultivation drum which is made of transparent synthetic resin and includes: a pair of driving rolls rotated by a driving motor and disposed parallel to each other on an upper part of a table-shaped main body thereof; multiple small holes formed on the circumferential surface thereof; multiple partitions formed on the inner circumferential surface thereof; an opening unit which can be opened/closed by a cover; and air vent holes formed on both sides thereof. According to the present invention, at least one such cultivation drum is disposed on the driving roll, allowing the cultivation drum to self-rotate, a water supply tray is provided at a lower part of the cultivation drum, partially submerging the cultivation drum in water, and a light-shielding cover can turn the surrounding of the cultivation drum into a dark room. The present invention can be manufactured inexpensively and greatly reduce maintenance and repair costs while having excellent operation reliability.
