Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a multi-layered dash isolation pad having excellent formability and sound absorbing performance, wherein the pad comprises a decoupler and a sound absorbing layer. The decoupler is silk felt made of urethane foam or 8-leaf type cross-section fiber, and the sound absorbing layer includes high-rigidity felt made of 8-leaf type cross-section fiber, wherein the 8-leaf type cross-section fiber has a deformation degree () of 2.0 to 2.7 and a waveguide ratio of 30 to 60%. According to the present invention, the multi-layered dash isolation pad does not occur a falloff in thickness or shrinkage when hot press forming after preheating of the felt so that formability of a component is excellent, and can improve both a sound absorption rate and a mechanical property without increasing weight and thickness of the decoupler and the sound absorbing layer.
본 발명은 성형성과 흡음성능이 우수한 다층구조의 대쉬 아이솔레이션 패드에 관한 것으로, 패드는 디커플러와 흡차음층으로 구성되는데, 이때 디커플러는 우레탄 폼 또는 8엽형 단면섬유로 제조된 견면 펠트이고, 흡차음층은 8엽형 단면섬유로 제조된 고강성 펠트를 포함하며, 상기 8엽형 단면섬유는 이형도(α)가 2.0 ~ 2.7이고, 도파로 비율이 30 ~ 60%이다. 본 발명에 따른 다층구조의 대쉬 아이솔레이션 패드는 펠트 예열 후 열 프레스 성형 시 두께 저하나 수축이 발생하지 않아 부품의 성형성이 우수하며, 디커플러와 흡차음층의 중량 및 두께 증가 없이 흡음률과 기계적 물성을 함께 향상시킬 수 있다. |
