Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a preparation method of a shiitake mushroom extract, a shiitake mushroom extract prepared according to the same, and to an anti-cancer pharmaceutical composition comprising the shiitake mushroom extract as an active component. The preparation method of a shiitake mushroom extract comprises the following steps of: (a) obtaining a pulverized powder by pulverizing dried shiitake mushrooms; and (b) performing ultrasound extraction by adding a solvent to the pulverized powder, and treating the resultant product with ultrasound at the temperature of 25-70C for 1-6 hours. According to the preparation method of a shiitake mushroom extract, a highly functional shiitake mushroom extract can be prepared, and can be widely used in the related industry fields such as the field of medicine, and the like. 본 발명은 (a) 건조 표고버섯을 분쇄하여 분쇄 분말을 얻는 단계; 및 (b) 상기 분쇄 분말에 용매를 가하고, 25℃ 내지 70℃의 온도에서 1시간 내지 6시간 동안 초음파 처리하여 초음파 추출하는 단계를 포함하는 표고버섯 추출물의 제조방법 및 그에 따라 제조된 표고버섯 추출물; 및 상기 표고버섯 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 항암용 약제학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 표고버섯 추출물 제조방법에 따르면 가용성 고형분 및 β-글루칸의 함량이 높고, 항암 효과가 있는 고기능성 표고버섯 추출물의 제조가 가능한바, 의약분야 등 관련 산업분야에서 널리 활용될 수 있다.
