Provided is a liquid crystal display device. The liquid crystal display device comprises: a driving circuit; a lower insulation layer; an upper insulation layer; and an inorganic insulation layer. The driving circuit is arranged on a bezel part of a lower substrate. The lower insulation layer is arranged on the outer part of the lower substrate than the driving circuit and includes a lower opening part exposing an inorganic layer on the lower substrate. The upper insulation layer is arranged on the lower insulation layer and includes an upper opening part corresponding to the lower opening part.
