Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a hot pack comprising: one side composed of an air-permeable wrapping paper; and the other side including an adhesive and covered with a removable paper covering the adhesive. A mixture of a heat-emitting material and a herb powder is stored inside the hot pack. A sticker for preventing volatilization of plant-derived essential oil applied on the surface of the air-permeable wrapping paper is attached to the surface.
