CFRP CFRP plate and Manufacturing method thereof

The present invention relates to a CFRP plate and a manufacturing method of the same, wherein the CFRP plate comprises: a CFRP layer in which particularly a first layer and a third layer are disposed in the proximity of each other, and a temporary bolt having a guide unit is vertically inserted into and passes through a second layer and the third layer; and a foam which is disposed between the second layer, which has the guide unit inserted therein, and the first layer, which is disposed below the second layer and into which an injection liquid and resin are injected. Accordingly, manufacturing a CFRP plate having a nut integrally molded therein allows the CFRP plate to be applied to the manufacture of vehicles without significantly modifying the manufacturing process, and can improve workability and commercial viability. 본 발명은 CFRP 플레이트 및 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 특히 제1층 내지 제3층이 서로 인접하여 구비되며, 상기 제2층과 상기 제3층에는 가이드부가 형성된 임시볼트가 수직하게 관통 삽입되는 CFRP 층과; 상기 가이드부가 삽입된 상기 제2층과, 상기 제2층 하부에 위치하는 상기 제1층 사이에 구비되어 사출액과 레진이 주입되는 발포폼으로 구성되어, 너트가 일체로 성형되는 CFRP 플레이트를 제작할 수 있게 함으로써 제조 공정에 큰 변경 없이 CFRP 플레이트를 적용하여 차량을 제작하는 것이 가능하게 하여 작업성과 상품성을 향상시키는데 효과가 있도록 하는 것이다.
