Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a hybrid multilayered fabric having a resin with a low melting point intensively arranged in a middle layer. The air permeability of the hybrid multilayered fabric can be adjusted by including a middle layer composed of yarns having low melting point, wherein the middle layer is arranged inside the fabric. Thus, manufacturing process is simplified by removing a coating process which is a separate post-treatment process for imparting disposal-preventive characteristics to the fabric. Also, degradation in the physical properties of the hybrid multilayered fabric is not generated by removing a need for an additional coating to prevent disposal. Thus, the production costs of the hybrid multilayered fabric is reduced by removing a need to design the hybrid multilayered fabric considering degradation of physical properties, and production costs from coating process are not generated.
본 발명은 중간층에 저융점 수지가 집중 배치된 하이브리드 다중직물에 대한 것으로, 직물의 내부에 배치된 저융점사 중간층을 포함하여 공기 투과도를 조절할 수 있다. 즉, 직물에 투기 방지 특성을 부과하기 위한 별도의 후처리 공정인 코팅 과정이 필요 없으므로, 제조공정의 단순화가 가능하다. 또한, 투기 방지를 위한 추가적인 코팅이 필요 없으므로 물성 저하가 발생하지 않는다. 따라서, 물성저하가 발생하지 않으므로, 물성 저하를 감안한 설계가 필요 없으므로 원가절감을 할 수 있으며, 코팅 공정의 원가도 발생되지 않는 장점이 존재한다. |
