Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to an improvement of an instrument panel for a vehicle having a resin decorative pattern. A UV curable transparent resin layer (6) is formed by printing a UV curable transparent resin ink on a master mold plate (2) processed with a hairline pattern (4) by a screen printing method. A transparent resin film (8) is coated on a master mold plate (2) coated with a UV curable transparent resin ink and is bonded to the master mold plate. After the thickness (t1) of the UV curable transparent resin layer (6) is made to fall within the range of 0.5 to 1.5% of the thickness (t2) of the transparent resin film (8), UV light is irradiated onto the transparent resin film (8) to form a hairline transparent resin pattern portion (10) in a solid form on the transparent resin film (8) by the curing reaction of the UV curable ink. The transparent resin film (8) in which the hairline transparent resin pattern portion (10) is formed in three dimensions is released from the master mold plate (2) to obtain the instrument panel (P) of the present invention. A thin and uniform coating of a UV curable transparent resin ink by a screen printing method can be applied to the master mold plate (2) having a hair line processed like a circular spin in a range of 3 to 12 micrometers. Warpage of the instrument panel (P) for a vehicle due to a difference in shear stress between the hairline transparent resin pattern portion (10) and the transparent resin film (8) in the state of the finished product is prevented, and costs including material costs can be reduced.
본 발명은 수지장식패턴을 갖는 차량용 계기명판 제조의 개량에 관한 것으로, 헤어라인 패턴(4)이 가공된 마스터금형판(2) 상에 UV경화형 투명수지잉크를 스크린인쇄방식으로 인쇄 도포하여서 UV경화형 투명수지층(6)을 형성하고, UV경화형 투명수지잉크가 도포된 마스터금형판(2) 상에 투명수지필름(8)을 덮어 합착되게 하되, UV경화형 투명수지층(6)의 두께(t1)가 투명수지필름(8)의 두께(t2)의 0.5~1.5%범위로 형성되게 한 후에, 투명수지필름(8) 위로 UV조사를 하여서 UV경화형 잉크의 경화반응에 의해 투명수지필름(8) 상에 헤어라인 투명수지패턴부(10)가 입체형성되게 하며, 헤어라인 투명수지패턴부(10)가 입체 형성된 투명수지필름(8)을 마스크금형판(2)에서 이형시켜서 본 발명의 계기명판(P)을 얻도록 하는바, 이는 원형스핀과 같은 헤어라인이 가공된 마스터금형(2)에 스크린인쇄방식에 의한 UV경화형 투명수지잉크를 3~12㎛범위 내의 얇고 균일한 도포를 가능케 하여서 완제품 상태에서 헤어라인 투명수지패턴부(10)와 투명수지필름(8) 간의 전단응력 차이에 의한 차량용 계기명판(P)의 휨현상을 방지할 수 있고 재료비를 포함한 원가절감이 가능하다. |
