METAL LAMINATE GASKET IS FIXED BY WELDING

The present invention relates to a laminated metal gasket fixated by a simultaneous welding method, wherein a core plate interposed between substrates positioned on an upper side and a lower side of the substrate to be fixated by a spot welding method in order to prevent the core plate and the substrate to be spaced from each other by load caused by a horizontal behavior of an internal combustion engine, so that an airtight force of a gasket can be maintained, and three plates are fixated by the spot welding method in order to have excellent machinability and significantly reduce manufacturing costs. According to one preferred embodiment, the laminated metal gasket fixated by the simultaneous welding method is positioned on a bonding surface between a cylinder head and a cylinder block forming the internal combustion engine to maintain airtightness of the cylinder head and the cylinder block to enable a plurality of points where the core plate interposed between the substrates positioned on the upper side and the lower side of the core plate are laminated to be fixated by the welding method. 본 발명은 상, 하측에 위치되는 기판과 그 사이에 개재되는 심판이 스팟 용접에 의해 고정됨으로써 내연기관의 횡방향 거동에 의한 하중으로 심판 및 기판이 상호 이격되는 현상이 방지됨에 따라 가스켓의 기밀력이 유지될 수 있으며, 스팟 용접 방법으로 세 개의 판이 고정됨으로써 가공성이 뛰어나고 제조원가가 대폭 절감될 수 있도록 한 동시 용접에 의해 고정되는 적층형 금속 가스켓에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예에 따른 동시 용접에 의해 고정되는 적층형 금속 가스켓은 내연기관을 구성하는 실린더 헤드(Cylinder-head)와 실린더블럭(Cylinder-block) 사이의 접합면에 위치되어 이들의 기밀을 유지시키는 적층형 금속 가스켓에 있어서, 상, 하측에 위치되는 기판과 상기 기판의 사이에 개재되는 심판이 서로 적층되는 다수의 지점이 용접에 의해 고정되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
