The conductive pattern structure comprises: an insulating substrate including an organic carbonaceous material inside or on a surface; a nucleating agent formed from the organic carbonaceous material; and a conductive pattern disposed on a region where the nucleus agent is formed. 본 발명은 용이하게 제조되고 향상된 접착력을 가지며 정밀하게 형성되는 도전성 패턴 구조물, 이의 제조방법, 전자 장치 및 수지 조성물 및 LDS용 첨가제에 관한 것으로서, 상기 도전성 패턴 구조물은 유기화된 카본계 물질을 내부 또는 표면에 포함하는 절연성 기재; 상기 유기화된 카본계 물질로부터 형성된 핵제; 및 상기 핵제가 형성된 영역 상에 배치되는 도전성 패턴을 포함한다.
