Zusammenfassung:An intellectual property analysis system comprises: a search unit for searching intellectual property data according to a search formula received from a user terminal; and a detection unit for detecting a component and a finite element for restricting the component in a patent claim included in the intellectual property data detected by the search formula. Therefore, the intellectual property analysis system classifies the component and the finite element of the claim in the intellectual property searched by the user, and displaying the component and the finite element. 지식재산권 분석 시스템은 사용자 단말로부터 수신한 검색식에 따른 지식재산권 데이터를 검색하는 검색부, 상기 검색식에 따라 검출된 지식재산권 데이터에 포함된 특허청구범위에서 구성요소와 구성요소를 한정하는 한정요소를 검출하는 검출부를 포함하여 사용자에게 검색된 지식재산권의 청구범위의 구성요소와 한정요소를 구분하여 디스플레이 해주는 시스템이다.
