Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a preparation method of Cedrela sinensis songpyun (Korean rice-cake with stuffing), and to Cedrela sinensis songpyun prepared by the preparation method. The preparation method of Cedrela sinensis songpyun comprises the following steps of: (a) boiling a mixture of Cedrela sinensis sprouts and Boehmeria nivea leaves, dehydrating and pulverizing the resultant product; (b) pulverizing rice soaked in water, and preparing rice powder; (c) putting pulverized product obtained from the step (a), sugars, and salt to the rice powder prepared by the step (b), and kneading a paste; (d) preparing a songpyun shell with the paste obtained from the step (c), and making songpyun by putting songpyun stuffing into the songpyun shell; and (e) steaming the songpyun obtained from the step (d). 본 발명은 (a) 참죽 새순과 모시잎 혼합물을 삶은 후 탈수시키고 분쇄하는 단계; (b) 물에 불린 쌀을 분쇄하여 쌀 분말을 제조하는 단계; (c) 상기 (b)단계의 제조한 쌀 분말에 상기 (a)단계의 분쇄한 혼합물, 당류 및 소금을 넣고 반죽하는 단계; (d) 상기 (c)단계의 반죽한 반죽물로 송편의 피를 만들고 만들어진 송편 피에 송편 소를 넣어 송편을 빚는 단계; 및 (e) 상기 (d)단계의 빚은 송편을 찌는 단계를 포함하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 참죽 송편의 제조방법 및 상기 방법으로 제조된 참죽 송편에 관한 것이다.
