본 발명은 방열 및 단열효과가 우수한 하이브리드 방열 시트에 관한 것으로서, 좀 더 구체적으로 설명하면, 발열부품으로부터 발생한 열을 효과적으로 방열시키면서도, 방열되지 않은 열이 다른 부품 등으로 전달되는 것을 최소화 및/또는 방지할 수 있도록 패턴이 형성된 단열 점착제층이 형성된 하이브리드 방열시트에 관한 것이다. |
