Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a recombinant vector, pNs302(bHLH2) which overexpresses a gene (bHLH2) encoding basic helix-loop-helix transcription factor, transgenic microalgae in which the recombinant vector, pNs302(bHLH2), is inserted, and a method for enhancing lipid productivity and a growth rate of microalgae by culturing the microalgae in a nitrogen-depleted medium and/or an osmosis stress medium. The recombinant vector, pNs302(bHLH2), contains a gene (bHLH2) encoding the basic helix-loop-helix transcription factor, tubulin promoter (P_tub) and tubulin terminator (T_tub). 본 발명은 염기성 나선 루프 나선 전사 인자 단백질을 코딩하는 유전자(bHLH2)를 과발현시키는 재조합 벡터 pNs302(bHLH2), 상기 bHLH2(bHLH2)가 삽입되어 있는 형질전환 미세조류 및 상기 미세조류를 질소결핍 배지 및/또는 삼투압 스트레스 배지에서 배양하여 미세조류의 지질 생산성 및 생장률을 증가시키는 방법에 관한 것이다.
