Zusammenfassung:	Provided in the present invention are a photosensitive double-layer resin film, a black column spacer produced by exposing and developing the photosensitive double-layer resin film, and a color filter comprising the black column spacer. The photosensitive double-layer resin film comprises: a first resin film obtained by coating and curing a first composition on a substrate; and a second resin film obtained by coating and curing a second composition on the first resin film, wherein the first composition comprises a binder resin, a reactive unsaturated compound, a photopolymerization initiator, a pigment, and a first organic solvent, whereas the second composition comprises a binder resin, a reactive unsaturated compound, a photopolymerization initiator, and a second organic solvent, and the second organic solvent comprises an alcohol-based solvent. 제1 조성물을 기판 위에 도포하고 경화하여 얻어지는 제1 수지막 및 상기 제1 수지막 위에 제2 조성물을 도포하고 경화하여 얻어지는 제2 수지막으로 이루어져 있고, 상기 제1 조성물은 바인더 수지, 반응성 불포화 화합물, 광중합 개시제, 안료, 및 제1 유기용매를 포함하고, 상기 제2 조성물은 바인더 수지, 반응성 불포화 화합물, 광중합 개시제, 및 제2 유기용매를 포함하고, 상기 제2 유기용매는 알코올성 용매를 포함하는 감광성 이중층 수지막, 상기 감광성 이중층 수지막을 노광 및 현상하여 제조된 블랙 컬럼 스페이서 및 상기 블랙 컬럼 스페이서를 포함하는 컬러필터가 제공된다.
