Zusammenfassung:Disclosed are a solid fuel used as a high calorific fuel or reducing agent in thermoelectric power plants, steelworks, and the like by using palm acid oil (PAO), which is a by-product finally discharged in a process of producing palm oil, and lignocellulosic biomass, and an apparatus and a method for manufacturing the same. The method for manufacturing high calorific solid fuel for thermoelectric power plants and steelworks comprises the steps of: depositing biomass in PAO; and drying the biomass after depositing biomass in PAO. 본 발명은 팜유(Palm oil)를 생산하는 공정에서 최종적으로 배출되는 부산물인 PAO(Palm Acid Oil)와 목질계 바이오매스를 이용하여 화력발전소와 제철소 등에서 고발열량의 연료 또는 환원제로 사용할 수 있는 고체연료, 그의 제조장치 및 제조방법을 개시한다. 본 발명의 화력발전소 및 제철소용 고발열량 고체연료의 제조방법은 바이오매스를 PAO에 침적하는 단계, 그리고 바이오매스를 PAO에 침적하는 단계 후에 상기 바이오매스를 건조시키는 단계를 포함한다.
